What is a dental implant?
A dental implant is a screw made of titanium or zirconium that imitates the root part of the tooth and is 100% biologically compatible with the jawbone. We place these screws in the jawbone. Then, depending on the structure of the implant, we wait for a while and let it become one with the jaw. Once it has become one, we make the part that is visible in the mouth, what we call the prosthesis. In this way, the implant as a whole imitates the real tooth.
