The tariff lists a zirconia crown at 13,750.00 TL, an all-ceramic (metal-free) crown at 21,450.00 TL and a metal-ceramic (veneer) crown at 12,100.00 TL (including VAT). The mark next to the metal-ceramic crown indicates that precious metal and zirconia fees are excluded.
How Are Bridges Priced?
The TDB tariff notes state that "each tooth in a bridge is priced according to the type of crown made". So in a three-unit zirconia bridge replacing one missing tooth and resting on the two neighbouring teeth, each tooth (unit) is counted as a zirconia crown.

- Temporary crown: Protects the tooth while the final crown is made; 2,245.00 TL per tooth.
- Removing an old crown: 1,875.00 TL per unit when crowns are replaced.
- Fibre post: To retain the crown on root-filled teeth with a lot of structure lost; 4,950.00 TL.

According to the tariff, each unit of a bridge is counted by the type of crown made. A three-unit zirconia bridge is counted as three zirconia crowns.
What is the difference between zirconia and metal-ceramic crowns?
Zirconia has no metal framework, so there is no dark line at the gum edge and light passes through more naturally. Metal-ceramic is an older and more economical option.
Should the tooth be treated before the crown?
Yes. Decay, nerve inflammation or gum disease are treated before the crown; otherwise the problem continues under it.
