The tariff lists a tooth extraction at 2,475.00 TL and a complicated extraction at 4,950.00 TL (including VAT). Extracting teeth with curved or widely spread roots, broken teeth, teeth fused to the bone or teeth whose crown is largely lost takes longer and may be classed as a complicated extraction.

- X-rays: A periapical X-ray (830.00 TL) or panoramic X-ray (2,040.00 TL) may be needed to see the roots.
- Dry socket treatment: If the blood clot is lost early after extraction, a painful healing problem (dry socket) can develop; its treatment is 7,455.00 TL.
- Bleeding control: If needed, simple (2,560.00 TL) or with sutures (4,755.00 TL).
Fees Are Higher Outside Working Hours
According to the TDB tariff notes, fees for extraction, root canal treatment, abscess drainage, bleeding control and similar procedures performed outside working hours (09:00-13:00 and 14:00-19:00) are increased by 50%. The same increase applies to procedures performed at the patient's location (home, workplace, hospital).

What is a complicated extraction?
An extraction that needs more time and surgical work, such as teeth with curved, broken or bone-fused roots. It is determined after examination and X-rays.
Does the gap need to be filled after extraction?
